New App now available

The South Ribble Leisure App is now available to download for free.

What can I book on the Leisure App?

Swim, classes, pitches and racquets at all centres can be booked through the app.

 

Booking information


We are still required to control the number of people in the centre at any one time and ensure the safety of the staff and visitors. Most swim sessions and all group exercise classes require pre-booking. Information on this is on each Leisure Centre page.

Bookings can be made on our website, app or by phone to your local centre.

Gym slots do not need to be pre-booked. Please just turn up.

Timetables can be found on our individual centre pages.

Anyone over the age of 14 years of age can make a booking to use the gym and studio. 

Anyone age 12-13 years can make a booking to use the gym and studio, but they must be accompanied by an adult.

 

Cancellations

Bookings can be cancelled up to 2 hours before the start of your session time. Failure to cancel will incur a 'did not attend' record.

Any member not scanning or registering in for 3 sessions in a single month period will have their booking rights withdrawn for a period of one week.

I have cancelled my Direct Debit at the bank, what do I do?

We need a new Direct Debit Instruction from you. Please contact us and the team there will be happy to help.  

I no longer want to be a member, can I cancel my membership?

We do not want to see you go, please contact us so we can discuss your options. Please note should you wish to cancel there is a one-month notice period.

My contact details have changed, how do I update them?

If you have moved house or need to change your email address please get in touch. To update any of your contact details contact us..

Covid safety


Following the Government announcement that Covid-19 restrictions will be relaxed on 19th July 2021, we're still following all safety precautions to make sure you can continue to be safe while using the facilities and we'd ask that you follow all guidance when you're at the centre.

The safety of our customers is our priority and so we ask visitors to look after each other by choosing to wear a mask in non-activity areas and practicing social distancing

Cleaning will take place at all centres daily and the self-cleaning regime will also continue.

During your workout

All members must clean equipment with the sanitising wipes/spray before and after each use. For free weights areas/Synergy 360 rigs, due to the high contact nature of these, we ask all members to sanitise/wash hands both before and after entering these areas instead.

Face coverings are not required while you are working out.

Post workout

Wash/sanitise your hands immediately after your workout.

Please leave the gym promptly at the end of your session.

Changing facilities and showers may be limited.

Please remember to wear face coverings in non-activity areas, such as reception, corridors and changing areas after your workout.

We ask that you please wash your workout kit after each visit.
